Anyone have any good takeaways after listening to the recordings? I really liked how Suffolk Construction's Kelsey Gauger shared helpful tips on how to set up your team for success with OpenSpace. She shares that standardizing hardware and creating client facing materials that articulate the value of OpenSpace in combination with your organization are two huge ways to be successful.
