I’ve been trying to get it looked at once a week in Field Meetings, but it’s more like once a month.

That’s awesome - I’ve been working with our field teams to promote this feature and to get that information flow moving consistently from the field teams back to the support staff in the office. The situational awareness that comes from pairing the captures with those field notes is fantastic!
