- Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies has been tested and confirmed to be successful in resolving a users inability to access the new Knowledge Base. Handy instructions have been noted below:
- Within Chrome.
- At the top right, click the vertical ellipsis (3 vertical dots).
- Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range: All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
