We are excited to say OpenSpace Support launched our brand new Knowledge Base, a significant step toward enhancing your customer support experience. This decision has been made with a focus on long-term impact and scalability, ensuring that we continue to provide you with the best possible support and resources.

We did retain our URL, which is fabulous, but if you have recently accessed an article you may be redirected to a login screen. Rest assure you do not have to login and we have a tip for success in accessing our Knowledge Base.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies has been tested and confirmed to be successful in resolving a users inability to access the new Knowledge Base. Handy instructions have been noted below:
    • Within Chrome.
      • At the top right, click the vertical ellipsis (3 vertical dots).
      • Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
      • At the top, choose a time range: All time.
      • Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
      • Click Clear data.
