Hey there, 

I’m working with a client whose office is on a Mac platform. Because he is outside of our company he has only been given access to a select few photos via a shared folder. Unfortunately, when he tries to view the information he’s unable to because he uses Safari and is not allowed to download additional browsers. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a workaround?

Hi @sarahedge I would recommend this user reach out to Support for assistance. While Chrome is our supported browser we can help troubleshoot, collect screenshots of the error using the Debug Console in Safari to help identify the errors and help present resolutions if available.
