Mobile App Error

I created a capture and went to upload it on the Desktop Sync app, but it won’t recognize there are captures that need to be uploaded. On my mobile app, the very top has a ribbon in red that says “Upload Error Check your internet connection,” but I have internet connection. It’s never done anything like this
